its so dangerous living here. there's already horrible blind spots driving in the neighborhood, but now there’s been huge piles of snow for two weeks where you literally cannot see if people are coming. and of course they piled the snow right on the corners of intersections, i've almost been hit multiple times. they literally plowed the roads to a one way (barely even that), great thanks so much. once again so unsafe. ice patches everywhere. oh but don't worry, they will still send emails about enforcing "community rules." one of the first lines: "As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable living environment for all residents..." oh yes the blind spots, ice patches, horrible plowing, are all so safe and clean!! thank you atlas!! if you are thinking about living here literally just come see for yourself how disgusting it is. every single person who lives here will agree with me how unsafe it is driving/walking here. this place is such a joke

I wish I would've read these reviews before choosing Atlas because now I can't wait to leave. The management is extremely unprofessional and lacks knowledge about many things. It's so frustrating talking with them about my concerns because they never really know what they're talking about. You're better off figuring it out yourself here. Their road plowing is also really poor and they don't even help residents dig their cars out of the roads. The workers sit on their phones in the office all day and barely know anything. They also will bug you about renewing your lease constantly and it's so annoying and inconvenient. There has been many times where they have reached out to me by calling or texting me at the worst times telling me to renew my lease. I would be in class or work and I would get a call thinking it was important, but it was just Atlas reminding me for the millionth time to renew (which I am not doing). This went on for months. They also reached out to my parents making it seem like I had a hold on my account or didn't pay my rent, but it was just clickbait to show them that I didn't renew my lease. This constant nagging makes people not want to renew. They also will charge you rent for the whole move in month (August), but you can only move in during the middle of the month. Overall, I would not choose to live here anymore and you shouldn't either.

I am absolutely in love with this place! Tanuj at the leasing office was extraordinary at his job and talking about all the units. He was so nice and I will definitely try to live here as I get into my middle age years. I hope to honestly spend every single waking moment in this building. The amenities are simply WOW. Again thank you so much to Tanuj for his exceptional service and I hope everyone has a chance to interact with him so you get a chance to appreciate atlas like I do!!!!!!

Atlas on 17th is an amazing apartment complex that is modern, clean, and well-maintained with a great overall atmosphere. The standout part of my experience was the customer service. Aiden was absolutely top notch: professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Atlas on 17th to anyone looking for a great place to live with exceptional service!

I have been a resident here at Atlas for nearly two years. Since move-in, the toilet in my room has not properly functioned. Although the maintenance team "resolved" this issue multiple times (see attached screenshots) the problem persisted. Eventually, I realized my maintenance requests would not resolve the issue, so I resorted to using my roommates toilet instead. Our balcony door has also been broken since move in (we have submitted multiple requests for that as well). The Atlas conducts quarterly inspections and our unit has passed each time. This suggests that during no inspection have they ever inspected our patio/balcony area or the toilets. If they did, they would have realized the door and toilet are broken.
With this being said, I am also writing this review in response to a reply the Atlas team left on my roommate, Caroline's review. This was the response they left: "With regard to maintenance concerns, we have reviewed our records and found only one documented work order submitted for your apartment since move-in, which was completed. We truly want to address any maintenance issues in your home, but we can only do so when we are made aware of them. Now that additional concerns have been mentioned, we will be following up to ensure they are properly documented and addressed." I have attached all maintenance request email confirmations I have received since we moved in. These photos are noninclusive, as both of my roommates have submitted multiple requests, we have made phone calls, and talked to staff in person as well.
