I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE with Atlas!!!!! This property management company’s incompetence and lack of basic responsibility directly damaged my credit. They claim they sent a bill two years after we moved out, yet we never received anything—no bill, no notice, and no attempt at proper communication. Instead of confirming delivery or verifying the charge, they escalated it straight to a collections agency. Because of their failure to properly bill, maintain records, and handle the situation responsibly, my credit was negatively affected. This is completely unacceptable. This company clearly prioritizes collecting money over accuracy, fairness, or basic professionalism. Their careless handling of this situation shows a complete disregard for the consequences their actions have on others. When I contacted them, they said they had changed their system and could not locate their past records. They refused to admit that they made a mistake and instead used the system change as an excuse. They also refused to let me speak with a manager.

Atlas on 17th just introduced a new guest parking policy that is incredibly frustrating. For a large apartment complex, they only offer 20 guest passes total, and residents have to physically go to the office, fill out a form, and check one out themselves. The passes only last 48 hours, and if they aren’t returned in time, there’s a $25 fee. Honestly, I would have recommended this place to friends, but policies like this make it really hard to justify. It shouldn’t be this complicated just to have friends or family visit. For what residents pay to live here, this feels like a poor solution to their parking issues. Hopefully, management can come up with something that actually works for residents.

its so dangerous living here. there's already horrible blind spots driving in the neighborhood, but now there’s been huge piles of snow for two weeks where you literally cannot see if people are coming. and of course they piled the snow right on the corners of intersections, i've almost been hit multiple times. they literally plowed the roads to a one way (barely even that), great thanks so much. once again so unsafe. ice patches everywhere. oh but don't worry, they will still send emails about enforcing "community rules." one of the first lines: "As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable living environment for all residents..." oh yes the blind spots, ice patches, horrible plowing, are all so safe and clean!! thank you atlas!! if you are thinking about living here literally just come see for yourself how disgusting it is. every single person who lives here will agree with me how unsafe it is driving/walking here. this place is such a joke
