    So far, so good! i move in friday so i will come back to post a new review after settling in! But as of now the experience has been great. i toured these apartments a while back and was very happy with what you’re getting at the affordable price. Came back a week or so ago to tour again and the office ladies were great. Leslie and Tia are very helpful. I applied and paid my upfront fees (admin fee and app fee) and got approved within two days. The program they go through for moving makes it so easy to get everything set up and checked off your list (ex: electric setup, wifi recommendations, first month move in fees, pet info, etc). I love the fact that they offer tours to walk ins especially as someone with an unpredictable schedule. When i toured these unit (this is even before it was ready for move in) it was still clean and nice. Drove around the complex and didn’t see trash everywhere, i’ve read some reviews and they say maintenance is good and fast which is always a plus. My unit has brand new carpet. When you find somewhere nice and affordable you expect downsides like things not getting fixed but so far everything has looked good. When i toured- maintenance was driving around doing jobs. I got a free month of rent special which i love because the property does not seem money hungry or scammy at all. The property seems pretty up-kept on landscaping and cleanliness which is huge for me. Thank you Leslie and Tia for making this process so easy! This place is truly a hidden gem! It looks like all of the bad reviews are from years ago or non-updated units. Let’s see how this goes!
