If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never encountered a more unprofessional business. My fiancé and I went to look at a unit in October 2025. When we met with Yadira, the woman that showed us the apartment, I should have known this was a place I didn’t want to do business with. She had her feet propped up on the desk, eating marshmallows out of the bag. Then, we were supposed to follow her to the apartment in our car, she didn’t wait for me at all. She also stated, “she almost didn’t come to work today because yesterday was my birthday and I partied too much.” Additionally, when I came to sign papers, I was ignored for a few minutes while she flirted with whom I believe now to be the manager. However, we loved the apartment. So, we asked her a few more questions and she encouraged us to put in an application for the two bedroom. We also told her that day, we would be open to a one bedroom if it became available sooner. We were NOT told there were 7 other people on the waitlist prior to putting in an application and paying the $150 fee. She also said she couldn’t guarantee an apartment in March (when we wanted), which is completely understandable. However, she did tell us she would call us in January, which she never did. I ended up calling them, and spoke to her colleague, Mark. He is the one who informed us we were #8 on the wait list. After my conversation with Mark, Yadira finally called me and again I expressed that we would be interested in the one bedroom as well and she told me she would call me if one became available. Later that week, my fiancé noticed they had a one bedroom listed as available on their website. So he called, and again spoke to Mark. Mark told him he wasn’t sure why it said that because there weren’t any available. So, I called Yadira back. She told me there was actually a unit available and that we could move in on March 31st and that she would send me the leasing information via email the next day. I checked my email all day and never received anything. Since I was at work, I asked my fiancé to call Yadira at 3pm before he went to work. She assured him she was getting ready to send me the email. At 5:30, when I got off work, I still didn’t have the email so I called Yadira back. At that point, she admitted to me that they didn’t ACTUALLY have a unit available officially until February 23rd and that she couldn’t send me the leasing information until then. You can imagine my fiancé and I’s disappointment after being promised a move in date of March 31st and her assuring us multiple times she would send me leasing information that day. So, I demanded to speak to the manager. When speaking to him, he deflected and took no accountability for his employee’s actions and proceeded to make ME feel like the problem even after Yadira admitted she did not tell us about the waitlist and promised she’d send the leasing information. I asked if I could have my $150 application fee back since we were lied to and misled and the manager basically dismissed it and said “sorry that happened. That is strange.” So unless you want to be given the run around for MONTHS, want to deal with shady, dishonest people with no accountability, I would look elsewhere. I’ve worked with several apartment complexes for my job and have NEVER met a more dishonest, unprofessional, disorganized staff. The property owners should fire them all and start over. *I’d also like to add, that despite us telling Yadira we did not want the 3 bedroom because it was out of our budget, she continued to try to push it on us at least 3 times. She also went as far to tell me that I “could afford it, I just didn’t want to” when I told her we couldn’t afford the 3 bedroom. Spare yourself and look elsewhere.

I called and asked for a tour, nothing available.. that’s fine, I’m calling in advance for this reason.. asked if I could get on a waitlist and got “I mean… there’s 45 people on the waitlist already….” I would not waste your time.
