  We couldn’t be happier with our realtor, Natalie Brummel. She is truly a real estate professional that is very customer focused. We were living out-of-state when we decided to move back to the area after 14 years. We reached out to Natalie and she immediately got engaged. It was her responsiveness, real-estate knowledge and flexibility that resulted in us finding the home of our dreams. Natalie’s relationships/referrals with various real-estate support professionals such as lawyers, mortgage brokers and inspectors helped streamline the contract to close process.   Natalie’s guidance and coaching throughout the process of selling our home helped us sell our home quickly and at a premium price. Natalie managed an entire weekend of open houses for us while we were out of town and kept us informed the entire weekend. At the end of the weekend she presented several offers and helped us choose and negotiate the best one. By far, Natalie’s greatest skill as a realtor is her eye for staging a home. She was very direct with us in making sure our home was “model ready” and presented in a beautiful and professional manner. We credit her enhanced staging skills as the number one reason our house sold so quickly and above asking price.   Honestly the best realtor I’ve ever used! She went above and beyond in every aspect. I know I got the most money for my house due to all of her help with staging and her expert knowledge in the market. She is always willing to answer any questions and takes each listing personally! Highly recommend!
