  From the very first day, Yadi Benitez made us feel genuinely welcomed and supported. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. Property Manager Shane is outstanding. She doesn’t just manage the property—she truly cares about the community. She is professional, attentive, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly while looking out for the best interests of the residents. Brooklyn adds such a wonderful touch to the team. Her friendly, cheerful, and approachable nature makes every conversation warm and enjoyable. The maintenance team, Jose, Mikey, and Abel, are fantastic. They are quick to respond, hardworking, and dedicated to keeping everything in top shape. This team is amazing, working together with genuine care and kindness for everyone they serve. Every interaction with them has been a joy, and they make living here feel like home. I am so grateful for their professionalism, dedication, and thoughtfulness.

  All I can say is thank you, truly. Brooklyn, Yadi, Jose, Shane, Mikey, and Abel have been an incredible support. From the move-in process to maintenance and communication, everything has been seamless. I’m grateful to be ending the year in a comfortable and safe space. Thank you to the entire team, and God bless you all.

  My five stars are due to the customer service and care provided by leasing professional, Yadi Benitez. She is incredible to deal with, kind, easy to talk to and always makes time for people. My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves her and leasing manager, Shane because of their kindness and care. She loves to go visit and bring them pictures she’s colored or little gifts, she doesn’t do that with just anyone so that says a lot about the relationship Yadi has gone out of her way to build with us. She is most helpful and always has a wonderful attitude and approaches everything and everyone with such a warm heart. I cannot say enough great things about her! We are so grateful to have someone like that in the leasing office to bring our issues to.

  Woodland Ridge is a great place to live every one is professional and care about the residents from the ladies in the office Yardi who help me personally with superb job knowledge and professionalism to Brooklyn and Shan who always supporting and offering help the maintenance crew is phenomenal and efficient Jose, Mikey and Abel keep everything clean and running smoothly. Oh and I forgot to mention my unit is nice just like the website photos and in my personal opinion Woodland Ridge is a great value considering the economy

  This review is for Jose from maintenance department, recently i had an issue with my apartment. We all have issues in our apartment big or small, Jose knows how to balance and give priorities depending on urgency. My apartment had a leak inside the dresser and it's 15mins before 5pm going home but still Jose and his team finished and fixed the leak and was provided with an industrial blow dryer for the carpet. Jose is a person that demonstrates dependability, sense of urgency and even when dealing with complicated situations he will just smile on it he is a person that spreads positivity in this apartment complex. Keep it up. Cheers
