- RDRopa DengaSep 26, 20255.0We lived at Winfield for 3 years. I would recommend Winfield Station to anyone looking for an apartment as I enjoyed living there. The location was excellent in that you could walk to different parks or play soccer in the field right next door as my husband liked to do. The gym was convenient, the maintenance team was responsive, and Jeannette was always helpful. It was a bonus having the train station right there though it did get noisy if you lived on the train track side and liked to open your windows as we did. Other than that, truly thankful for a great experience.

- CWCatherine WrightFeb 20, 20244.0I moved in when these apartments were new and stayed for almost two years. This was such a great place to live. Few downfalls, SUPER, SUPER thin walls, I could hear my neighbor clear his throat EVERY morning and even his relations with his girlfriend. Near the end of living there, my upstairs neighbor was making so much noise and I tried not to complain since I was leaving. And Winfield Station is VERY dog friendly but people do NOT clean up after their dogs even though there are dog clean-up stations throughout the property. The office would send out reminders of cleaning up after your dogs and even about the thin walls, but apparently reminders aren't enough for some people. Jeanette was my saving grace with everything! She is and always was SO helpful with everything. She made everything so easy for me near the end of my time there. She always responded so quickly to emails.
