  Beautiful and well-maintained building with top amenities very fast maintenance. Top notch kitchen appliances and a place especially for those who love to cook. Jake, Brenda, and the rest of the crew are always super helpful. Thanks so much for a beautiful home :)

  RoW is at a great location, a bright and open concept. However, as of 9/29/22-11/1/22 our stove became inoperable, today 11/1/22 it still is. I was told that the part is on order, never showed up. I requested a replacement, that was not provided. Although, they did offer me a stove from a vacant apartment. I asked to let me see it, as it was being pulled out, evidently the prior tenant had a dog or cat (most tenants in this bldg do) The side where the air fan was located was filled with dog/cat hair. Michael, maintenance is great, not his fault, was very understanding. However Todd, the building Mngr never responded to my many emails, or telephone calls. I went to the district manager, she never responded to my calls. I am a chef, needless to say, it compares to a dentist wo his drill. I asked for a rent credit, from the $4,200./mo I am paying, but no response. If you don't mind absentee management a concern, then this is the bldg for you. Optima a new bldg being built next to the Residence of Wilmette, completed in Spring of 2023.... RoW will positively loose some of their tenants or new tenants contemplating tendancy.

  Building is professionally run. Management and engineering staff is very responsive to both tenant needs and issues, as well as general building needs and issues. During the Illinois Shelter in Place, communication has been excellent. It has been a great experience living in The Residence of Wilmette and the staff has been awesome.
