  Worst place to live in they have parking lots in there property and they let the police come harass the residents and then they come and say we aren’t responsible for the parking lots

  Apartments are infested with Asian beetles all year round! SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS! All you can do is put a service order in and they claim they spray for the pests, but I've never seen any evidence and it definitely doesn't help if they did. The infestation only got wors, to the point I withheld rent towards the end since it violated the lease agreement and nothingwas being done....ofc they put it on my credit and inflated the numbers as well. Multiple phone numbers so good luck getting anyone especially corporate on the phone. Package retrieval system was high teck but horrible. Management is incompetent and always changing.On several occasions, Kathleen the property management at the time, thought it was appropriate to discuss whether i was renewing my lease or moving out while we were in a crowded elevator while she was giving tour to potential leasees...so unprofessional and privacy violation. STAY AWAY! YOU CAN DO BETTER ALMOST ANYWHERE FOR THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY. A year later and I'm still finding dead Asian beetles in my belongings. To Willow Glen Management.. please don't offer me to reach out to you because there's several numbers posted online and I will only get the voicemail and that would be a dead end. It's easier to hit the powerball. The only way to reach anyone is mainly in person or the new lease line.

  I should’ve read the reviews first, before wasting my time! l usually do smh, From the look of these ratings explains everything! I showed up on my day off drive 22 mins just to get told the unit got rented, so you couldn’t call and tell me that so called property manager! Then goes to say I’m sorry, l have a tenant moving out today I’ll call you Monday never called so unprofessional!

  Living here has been a huge disappointment. The lack of accommodations for residents is unbelievable. Had a package delivered, well good luck if your a nurse. Office opens and your already working and closes before you get off. You won't get a code to get in the mess of a mail room. I am not sure why management won't go in and organize the room. It's truly a mess. It feels like management has no interest in supporting or helping current residents. The apartments are DIRTY. Anyone who say's their well maintained are clearly talking about the clubhouse, not the buildings. The cleaning lady spends about 3 hours cleaning the clubhouse which doesn't need much attention and avoids the actual building where residents live. The common areas are truly a joke. I don't like inviting people the my "luxury" dirty apartment building. The walls are paper thin I don't complain because thats a building problem not my neighbors. The staff are very very unprofessional and inexperienced in luxury living. Communication is poor, concerns are brushed off and getting anything resolved is impossible. Their is no sense of community here. Everything is a mess. I would never recommend you move here. They are just a money hungry corporation that don't care that you call this place home. I can not wait to move and will always tell anyone I see touring the place, RUN WHILE YOU CAN.

  If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE DONT LIVE IN THIS TRASH HOLE. The communication of this company is complete BS or Silence. Unless you leave a negative review — then suddenly they care for five minutes. Maintenance requests take days, emails go unanswered, and the leasing office acts like doing their job is a personal favor. The “background checks” must be a joke because the noise, chaos, and lack of respect for neighbors is unreal. What used to feel safe now feels like a slum with luxury prices. You’re paying thousands for broken amenities, stolen packages, and a staff that has no idea what’s going on. They also can’t seem to keep employees for more than a few weeks. There’s always a new property manager, a new leasing agent, all staff except maintenance is awful — like none of them know what’s going on. The turnover rate is insane, which tells you everything you need to know about how awful this company is to work for. If they can’t even keep their own staff, how can they possibly manage a community? The trash rooms reek, the hallways smell like mildew, and the so-called “gym” has broken equipment that stays that way for months. There’s one poor cleaning lady trying to handle FOUR buildings — no wonder everything’s disgusting. Maggots by the elevator, trash piled up, the garage never cleaned — it’s embarrassing how far this place has fallen. Please save your money and don’t live here.
