  Dynamic. Integrity. Professional. We have used Michael on two occasions (a buy and sell and then another buy) and there simply isn't a better person who can take your personal interests as his very own. He has a fun and friendly approach to what can be a daunting process. He has a world of experience in the higher end market, knows all of the personalities in that market and knows how to effortlessly represent the buyer's interest with a keen understanding of the seller's sensitivities. He just knows how to get the job done in a very non-confrontational, very level headed yet fair and direct manner. He also doesn't let a transaction sit unnecessarily and moves the process towards a timely close. He's very aware of the timing needed to have all of the pieces come together at the right time with both sides of the sale. He's creative, yet practical. His knowledge of the real estate world is refreshing and he makes certain all parties understand the playing field. Details don't escape him and he's quick to provide his insights on how to best design a transaction where everyone leaves happy. He's completely transparent and his communication is spot-on with consistent contact via text, phone and email yet is respectful not to be intrusive. Michael is a pleasure to work with and his follow up even after the sale is complete is thoughtful and refreshing. A true stand out in real estate! We highly recommend Michael.

  Michael is a man of outstanding integrity and worthy of exceptional distinction in his profession. Our experience in having him as our agent in selling our home was memorable for the personal attention and care that he shared. He is a professional in its highest meaning, but more, a professional that is distinguished beyond his technical skills by his character. Selling your home is an opportunity that is can be more worthy than simply merchandising, as important as that is. It can be made memorable for its relationships.   Michael and the LUXE Team were instrumental in finding a new home for our family. We started with a great conversation that whittled down the exact houses Michael thought we would be interested in….saving us time, and allowing for speed to market to ensure our offer was prompt and sharp. From the signing of the offer, through closing day, both Michael and Lexi ensured that we were kept in the loop. All of our concerns were answered, and all the “I’s” were dotted and the “T’s” crossed…which in the end, made for a super fast and easy closing day. Not one bit of worry, angst or doubt.
