- JYJunhai YangOct 7, 20254.0We lived at Landings at Amhurst Lake for almost 7 years, the service requests were responded by the staff timely, and all the fixes solved the issues that we reported. the front desk was friendly and very nice. The problems we had was not with apartment, but with neighbors' noises or cooking odors, but that came with renting, it is the same everywhere in my experience of almost 30 years of renting. it is a very convenient location with Walmart/ALDI and many restaurants nearby. the industry park is good for walking. and the Green Belt forest reserve is also only 1.2mile away for walking. The shortcoming for this apartment is the high price of renting, I only hope there was a fixed price for long term renters.

The maintenance is the worst I've ever dealt with (left trash in our apt., dented walls & counters). I would NOT recommend living here.
