- SSShawn SchroederAug 18, 20255.0So far, so good. I just moved in. During the application process, a lady named Karen gave me a tour of the property and the apartment available. I really liked what I saw. It was a very nice spot with a scenic back view of the river. Karen did a great job in the initial tour. The apartment she showed me was well maintained and did require a few things before I moved in. Those minor issues were taken care of by the time I moved in and was addressed by maintenance before I signed the lease. The particular unit I decided to move into had enough space to do something unique with as well. So I personally liked that feature too. Karen did a great job in aiding and assistanting during the application process on the internet. She was extremely kind and easy to get along with. She is a truly likable person. I'll give her a 5 out of 5 for personality assuredly. The community of people that live in "The View Apartments" so far seems like a good group of people. I've already shared a few conversations with a few people living there that I've bumped into while I'm putting my apartment together. So, from the initial glance of touring the grounds, the unit, putting in the application, and ultimately getting approved; I'm impressed with the overall experience, thus this far...
- OMOlha MartynenkoAug 15, 20251.0We’ve been living here for three years, hoping that something would change, but so far it’s been nothing but disappointment! The rent price is unreasonably high, considering the condition of the apartments inside and on the property. The outdoor stairway light has been out for over a month, and despite five requests and promises to fix it, nothing has been done! Gnats, spiders, and all kinds of pests have taken over the entire area around the apartments, yet no one cleans it up. All summer long, goose droppings covered the walkways throughout the property, and no one cleaned them. For half the summer, we were attacked by black birds with red chests, and still no measures were taken. The dog waste bins are always overflowing, sometimes for several days, and the smell is awful! In the winter, the doors and windows freeze, cold air blows through the windows and the gaps between the door and the wall. I’m very disappointed.

Very disorganized, have to constantly call and email to get ahold of anyone, and am ultimately disappointed how poorly the office is handled. It took 1 year to replace the shed that was caved in by a tree and even with the renters insurance I paid office management tried not to replace it. On top of that it took me 5 days to get ahold of anyone about my kitchen ceiling leaking water even with calling the emergency line that does not work. In addition to the many issues, I tried to confront double charges on a bill and no one has resolved my issue or emailed me back.
