- JNJoseph NuterJan 4, 20262.0Your rates are way to high for the size of the units and the age of the building. I do not belive the square footage being advertised is honest. Nothing is included in the high rate either as I was told the units are "ala carte"! The only positive thing I can say is that everyone was friendly. Also the flyer we were given stated we would have 1 month free as long as we rent by the end of January, but we were told that was incorrect and we only had until the 15th. I felt that was dishonest and also felt a bit pressured.
