  The apartment and property are very nice, and the associate who took me for a tour was wonderful. I am looking for a one bedroom, however, and there are none available within my timetable.

  Living in this apartment complex has been a nightmare. To begin with, we've been without hot water since Saturday, and management can’t fix it until Wednesday. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable. Beyond that, we constantly deal with chute backups and water shut-offs every other month, broken washers, and we had mold inside the kitchen wall. It's incredibly disruptive, unsanitary and inconvenient to make matters worse, the managers are never available or helpful when we need them. And if that wasn't enough, our old windows have been waiting for repair for five years! It's clear they don't prioritize the residents needs or the condition of the property. I would not recommend living here.

  I’m starting to become extremely annoyed at the management of the facilities and apartments here. From the constant having no water on a weekly basis (usually every Thursday which for some of us is our only day off). The times nobody can do laundry, or how about the times our garbage containers aren’t picked up so no one can get ride of their garbage for another week or so. Maybe the fact I haven't had a dishwasher or microwave for almost a month now because work orders are NEVER taken care of. But when the owners complain about parking in a spot that has clearly been used for years and now it’s all of a sudden a problem I HAVE to fix it or else they will tow my vehicle away. They choose to have work done at the absolute worst times (like lawn care starting way to early in the mornings, water fixes at the times the average person showers) this place has become an organization mess that needs to do a full rehire of all maintenance and management. Its tiring never being allowed to live the way YOU want. Nobody rent here, nobody renew your lease here, nobody act like these are some sort of “nice” apartments. It is the same as a mechanic lubing up some belts and topping everything off and saying your car is basically brand new, yet he knows its about to break down when you pull out. Another addition to a horrible review that is honest and will bring light to the true way this place is ran. Today construction work started outside of my window on my one day I have to sleep in. Mind you this work is not emergency work and started outside of St. Charles noise ordinance (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.). We have the right to privacy and peace and let me tell you, this apartment building and management does not do that for you. They have had terrible organizational skills when it comes to every fix up in this building. And now that they have gotten endlessly yelled at and given honest reviews, they are rushing to fix everything. Well while they do that they bring the largest inconvenience to all of their residents. Tell me how it makes sense to start construction work next to the building before 7 while people have children sleeping and need to take pets out before work. Its very sad that whoever is in charge has no empathy for their residents, never even got a true apology for our water never working and mold allowed to grow throughout our homes. And to think I still see people getting shown this complex weekly as if its nice. These people need to start talking to the people who live here, not the bias management who will lie. I would assume you aren't telling new renters its possible you won’t have water, but the need to hear the truth. Once again very sad organization, and extremely sad treatment.
