Cats and dogs are welcome. We have no breed restrictions or weight limits. Each unit is limited to two pets. There is a one-time pet fee of $250 per pet. There is an additional monthly fee of $25 per pet.

- K9Kurly 963 days ago5.0This is a nice, relatively quiet complex conveniently set off a main road. The pool was closed over the summer due to tenant behaviors per office staff, so we were unable to utilize it despite paying the convenience fee. Hopefully that won’t be the issue next summer. It’s family and pet friendly, however many pet owners refuse to clean up their dogs feces despite the management company having free dog bags & disposal cans conveniently placed throughout. Snow removal is prompt, but be aware not all sidewalks will be cleared and easy access to parking lots may be blocked by large piles of snow. The complex is a walking distance away from a grocery store as well as several dining establishments. Local schools are a quick car ride down the street. Maintenance crew are prompt, friendly and do all they can to fix your issues in a timely manner. Shout out to Jerry, Matt & Dakota for all their hard work! Like any place, there are pros and cons. Luckily my experience has been more on the pro side than the con side.
