  This is really such a nice place to live. My family has been living in spring creek townhomes for a year now, and it feels like a place I can raise my kids. There are some lazy dog owners who dont pick up after their dogs, but that's not really the staff's problem and it's (ironically) mostly by where the free* dog poop bags and can are. The neighbors are nice, I feel safe letting my kids play outside. The staff is super helpful and get the job done right away. My air conditioner went out in like the hottest week of the month and they worked outside in the heat to make sure it got fixed so we wouldn't melt. This week someone came in 2°f weather to help with my sink. These people really care about making sure we are taken care of.

  Now, I was too nice to put a good review, but now I edit and put a bad review. There's no respect here where I live. I lived in Springcreek for almost 6 years, and now the environment is an issue. I have a neighbor across from us who can't pick up dog poop, and I hate to step on it and not have a clue what I'm stepping into. It's disgusting. Residents don't even bother to grab a green bag or trash bag to pick up after themselves. I'm getting to the point where I'm going to start house searching soon because I should get $50 off my rent because I called to complain about poop near my yard, where I don't have a pet. I pay too much rent here, and this community shouldn't be like this! Nothing hasn't gotten picked up. Please do better because I thought this was pet-friendly, but there is nothing but poop all over the grass. Please, respect your neighbors. I hate to be a Karen.

  Make this company your last resort for renting. Not family friendly or aesthetically appealing units. Large deposits required. Unfriendly management inexperience maintenance but thorough lawyers

  This is a nice, relatively quiet complex conveniently set off a main road. The pool was closed over the summer due to tenant behaviors per office staff, so we were unable to utilize it despite paying the convenience fee. Hopefully that won’t be the issue next summer. It’s family and pet friendly, however many pet owners refuse to clean up their dogs feces despite the management company having free dog bags & disposal cans conveniently placed throughout. Snow removal is prompt, but be aware not all sidewalks will be cleared and easy access to parking lots may be blocked by large piles of snow. The complex is a walking distance away from a grocery store as well as several dining establishments. Local schools are a quick car ride down the street. Maintenance crew are prompt, friendly and do all they can to fix your issues in a timely manner. Shout out to Jerry, Matt & Dakota for all their hard work! Like any place, there are pros and cons. Luckily my experience has been more on the pro side than the con side.
