It’s very noisy at night as you can hear people walk above you and partying! It’s not even worth the money!

The units are decent but the corridors smells cannabis everywhere and AC brings so much smell and dust with it so breathing at night is a challenge. When you call to cancel the lease, they hit you with $1500 (buy-out price) plus two months or get ready for collection (total of approximately $4200) which I had to pay to avoid getting my credit getting hit. They had 3 days policy (later changed to 6 days), after 3 days, you start getting hit with penalties ( my friend travelled and when he came back 7 days late he owed $500 above his usual rent in penalties and extra payments)! One of the worst places I have lived in! If you think there is no pest, think again. Pests are being fought but they will be a daily problem in your unit! Maintenance is slow and the reception office team is incompetent and feels like they hate the job! Totally not recommended!
