- TBTalia BlaylockOct 15, 20251.0I’ve lived at 1301 Hartman Lakes for some time and really enjoyed the community in the beginning. It was peaceful, well-maintained, and felt like home. However, since the change in management, things have felt different. There’s been more noise and communication hasn’t been as clear as before. I’ve also experienced some restrictions on amenities like the pool and gym, which was disappointing since I always pay rent on time and follow the rules. I hope management improves communication and focuses on making residents feel valued again. This used to be a great place to live, and I’d love to see it return to that standard.
- CCChristine F CoxAug 9, 20254.0Hartman Lakes has a lovely park like campus with lakes & fountains, walking paths, & LOTS of birds. The apartments are nice with a modern appearance. The grounds are kept up well. I enjoyed watching people walk their dogs & seeing them play in the dog park. I always felt safe here & maintenance issues were addressed quickly. I withdrew 1 star because of the noise level. Sound proofing was definitely not a priority when they built these apartment buildings. If you enjoy being around a lot of people in an active environment this will be a great home. If you crave peace & quiet, Hartman Lakes may not be a good fit for you.
