  Absolute WORST there is. I was under this money making machine rule for about 6 horrible months. They managed for Prestbury Sugar Grove, Il. Which, by the way, is an outright scam of a community. They did an exit inspection ON MY PROPERTY and charged me for it! You could not pay me to live there. I closed on my home 1-9-26, thank god, and Associa continues to bill me. Go ahead and try to call there and talk to a literate individual. STAY AWAY!

  Absolutely Unacceptable – Zero Communication This association is a complete disaster. There is absolutely NO communication. Honestly, it feels easier to contact the President of the United States than to get in touch with the association manager. I have opened over 10 cases and was promised every single time that a manager would call me within 24 hours. It has now been TWO WEEKS — not one call. Not one follow-up. Nothing. They also refuse to provide the manager’s name or phone number when asked. There is zero accountability and zero transparency. This is beyond unprofessional — it’s disrespectful. If you expect basic communication or follow-through, look elsewhere. I would not recommend this association to anyone.

  Update: The issue was not addressed. I was just continually given the runaround like I have been since last year. Why is it that the few positive reviews I have found get personalized responses but most of the reviews which are negative get the same exact copy and paste response. I doubt they even read the reviews all the way through! As a homeowner I have had nothing but bad experiences in the year and a half that I have lived in my home. (The prior owner of my home actually moved because of the awful management). It is almost impossible to reach anyone, and when and if you actually do, you are usually given the runaround and told (by Carol Marcou) to solve the problem yourself!

  Hi, I’m disappointed with the way this has been handled. The sensors were working perfectly before the association replaced the light fixtures. Now I’m being told that I need to pay to correct an issue that only started after the replacement. This doesn’t feel reasonable. Don’t worry — I’ll take care of getting this fixed myself, but I wanted to make sure the association is aware of the situation. Sampath

  Just terrible. Probably one of the worst association management companies ever. If you are an associaiton board member considering an association maonagement company, please cross this one off the list. Customer service/response time terrible. Condo/HOA docs very expensive to order for real estate closings. Getting updated information, meeting minutes near impossible even after exhorbent fees are paid. This management company is inflexible. I would give it zero stars if I could.
