If you miss a call from them and try to call back it always takes you to a call center and cannot reach anyone that can actually help. As a disabled vet I've been harassed and they do nothing about it and fine me when people submit false claims against me. When I ask for any kind of proof or evidence, they never provide any.

He does not return emails or calls in a timely fashion and when he does they are incomplete. My clients will not be in their new home for the holidays because of him. I will edit this to include the reps name if this company does not start responding!

I have been worked to get a replacement garbage can (as mandated by the HOA) and they are unable to provide any timely updates and assistance. I started this process in May and I am still unable to get any other information besides "we are working on your request" (it is now December). Taking 7 months to get a garbage can is absolutely ridiculous. When you call to get more information or resolve the request none of the call workers have any meaningful information or express any concern at all.
