- PPPrashant3 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible and unacceptable. The call centers are "God knows where" and they seems to be reading off a script. The managers are aweful and unhelpful. They never seems to try to make an effort to understand what exactly is the issue we are asking them to help. I am a resident for more than 22+ years and the way they respond is like "they simply don't care!". When we moved in, the HOA was so much nicer and helpful. Someone was available to talk over on the phone and help out. But these days, there is no one to listen- email communications are simply terrible and robotic. Feels like the standard lines are being cut/paste without any concern for the resident.
