This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I moved into an apartment that was dirty and in poor condition, with damaged areas, broken appliances, and a nonfunctioning garage door. The issues were extensive and ongoing. Management has been extremely unprofessional, communicating only through text messages and repeatedly failing to address or fix reported problems.
I even contacted them last week to request trash pickup while I was out of town and offered to pay for the service, but I never received a response. Now that my job is requiring me to relocate out of state, management has stated that I am responsible for covering the lease through the end of its term. This directly contradicts what I was previously told by Shania.
I have never experienced anything like this before. I strongly advise others not to move in here. Consider this a warning—save yourself the time, stress, and frustration.

I wish I could give 0 stars for the lack of communication within the company and us as tenants . I am currently being charged for lawn care services in which are not being completed and to add insult to injury it’s not a legal charge and is not written in my lease agreement !!!! I’ve reached out numerous times with no success. I am also a property manager and would never treat my tenants this way!!!!! Please consider another rental company and not this one !!!!!

Recommendation: Do Not Use This Company
The company presents a strong initial sales pitch; however, execution and follow-through are concerning.
1. Despite being clearly informed that Section 8 tenants were a major concern and the primary reason for engaging a property management firm they attempted to place Section 8 tenants without prior disclosure or approval. Pretty sure that is their business model.
If you need email proof, comment your email and I’ll show you the threads before you decide to sign on board with them.

This is not somewhere you want to live, trust me! I am seeing many posts about how easy & efficient the move in experience is, and it is very easy, especially those who are voucher holders. But beware, because this is all apart of their scam! I rented with GC Realty from 2023 until 2025. My entire stay there, the building/hallways had 0 maintenance work done. They NEVER cleaned inside of the building. There were spider webs and mold everywhere in the carpet. The basement where the laundry facilities were reaked of mold, and if you stay down there too long, you will definitely contract respiratory issues from breathing in whatever was growing down there. They posted a sign in our foyer asking the tenants to “please take trash cans to the alley” although it stated in our lease that trash removal was the landlords responsibility. My heat went out multiple times while residing here, and I was told that if they sent maintenance out that I would have to pay their fee if they couldn’t find the issue. The thermostat wouldn’t heat pass 71 degrees in 0 degree weather and they told me that temperature was “satisfactory” and that I should just be okay with it, although I had a 2 year old present in the unit. A smoke detector went out, and needed to be replaced. We agreed on a day for maintenance to come and replace it between 9-11am. The guy showed up an hour early, 8am and I was not home until 9:15 every morning. They charged me $85 for having the maintenance guy waiting outside for an hour although that isn’t written in the lease nor was he within the agreed time frame. My move out experience was horrible. When moving in, they will ask you to fill out a move in inspection form online on a website that does not work. So you are not able to complete the inspection. If you move in with them, take pictures of EVERYTHING. They placed a ripped paper blind slat in the window when I moved in. I never removed it. They are charging me for that ripped paper blind slat.. that THEY PUT THERE. They are leaving things inside the unit when tenants move in. & if you leave the items there when you move out, they charge you for it. And don’t hang televisions in your unit. They sent me a $2000 bill for tv hanging and closet rod hanging although most of the holes were patched when I moved out. The ceiling in the kitchen had water residue due to there being a leak in the roof. They are charging ME TO REPAINT THAT. They will charge you to upgrade the unit so they can charge the next tenant more. They are charging me $50 for a lightbulb that was never changed. I believe that didn’t work when I moved in. Please take pictures of everything. Even the things you think don’t matter. This experience was very unpleasant.
