  The true measure of a company isn’t how they perform when things are easy, but how they respond when challenges arise. This review tells the story of how the GC Realty team turned a difficult situation into a win and earned my long-term business in the process. While deployed with the U.S. Army, I worked with GC Realty to lease my home. I began renting during the off-season, which made the situation challenging from the start. When it became clear that the only viable option was a 16-month lease, my heart sank, knowing that when I returned to the States, I wouldn’t actually be returning home. Mark, the CEO, personally stepped in and made what I can only describe as a herculean effort to solve the four-month housing gap I was facing. Thanks to the team’s creativity, commitment, and willingness to go the extra mile, I was able to minimize my expenses while deployed and return home in a stronger financial position. GC Realty proved they genuinely care about their clients, even when the solution isn’t easy. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Everyone at GC is absolutely amazing! Each person we have been in contact with has been so kind, supportive and patient. Highly recommend leasing with this company. Natalia, Rica, Glaiza, Milan to name a few thank you just doesn’t seem to say enough for all you’ve done for our family.

  TLDR: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This management company is an absolute scam. I’ve rented in Chicago for nearly 20 years and have never been treated by a management company with such disregard and frankly deceptive behavior. They add fake fees onto everything, are intentionally difficult & rude to work with and made up lies to try and keep my security deposit even though I have photographic proof that they were making things up. Whatever you do, do not rent anywhere being managed by these people. It was a living nightmare.
