  If I can give this place no stars I would.. good luck living here. They have thee biggest cock roaches or water bugs ever and they have unlimited mice.. they came in and put 6 mice traps and when me and my kids woke up every trap had mice on it! The exterminator even told us we will continue to have mice and bugs cause the foundation is old and they dnt want to repair it! So I’m telling you as a mother if you want to live in filth then live here! The office workers are mean and dnt care, they hang up in your face, talk about you etc! But soon as you 1 say late on the rent they come beating and I mean beating on your door!! The worst expensive place I have ever lived at!!

  I had a great experience with the leasing office, especially Samina John. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. Samina made everything smooth and answered all my questions patiently. Her support made the leasing experience much easier and stress-free. I appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend working with her.

  If you are planning of moving here i would really recommend you not to unless you have a huge urge to have your own place, we moved here almost 2 years ago and i cant wait for the day im out of here, this apartment complex doesnt do anything to help you, in their mails they demand you to not do things so the apartments can look good for the outside but from the inside they are disgusting, the hallways always smell etiher weed or just filthy, they charge enough for rent and we still need to pay for wash our clothes ( and they just raised the amount of money to use the washers and dryers), people always leave their clothes either in the washer or dryer for hours and they just take their time when other people have to use them as well, the fields are always full of garbage and bikes not in their place, people are not considerate and they yell, they smoke at the point you cant have your screening door open because you are smelling everything, kids running in the hallways and parents not saying anything. You pay for parking every year and everyday there is more cars in the parking lot at the point you cant park anywhere, also if you wanna call the office they never answer i really dont know what all those ladies do during the day or if they just answer calls that are beneficiary for them. Also loud music, sometimes i need to take meetings and i cant because they are blasting music. If you have fun and enjoy leaving with cockroaches, disgusting hallways and more bugs this is your place. The only thing i need to say is that their maintance guy Miguel is awesome, polite man and always willing to help.

  I can’t think of anywhere else to live except The Preserve of Woodfield. My favorite thing about this place is the understanding and accommodation of the management. Samina John has helped us from the start and I have never met an extremely empathetic person. She is one of the reasons why I love living in this community and why The Preserve of Woodfield is a place I would recommend to people who is looking for a place to live.
