When I had an issue with my toilet other occasions with my walls, he arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem right away. Despite paying for parking, I can never find a parking spot — not just me, but many other residents are also frustrated with this issue. It’s completely unacceptable to pay for parking and still have nowhere to park. On top of that, I cannot turn on the heater whenever I need to. I have to wait for the office to activate it, which makes no sense when I’m paying rent for this place. This situation is unreasonable and needs to be addressed immediately.
