  ***UPDATE*** We officially closed and moved into our new home a week ago, and we truly couldn’t be happier. We absolutely love our home and the entire experience. The only minor hiccup we encountered was with ComEd taking some time to get power to the house prior to closing, but that’s to be expected when building in a brand-new subdivision that was just a field a year ago. Aside from that, the closing process itself was fast, smooth, and stress-free. What really stood out to us was the level of care and communication from the team. Michelle from Sales and Joe, the Construction Manager, both reached out on closing day to congratulate us, which meant a lot. Since moving in, Joe has continued to check in regularly while making his rounds through the neighborhood. He is the perfect balance of professional and personable, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about making sure homeowners are happy. One concern many people have with a major purchase like this is feeling “forgotten” once the deal is done. I can confidently say that has not been our experience at all with Ryan Homes. Their continued support after closing speaks volumes. Thank you, Ryan Homes – Vista Ridge, for making this such a positive experience! Michelle is extremely professional and genuinely kind. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and always keeping us well informed throughout the process. The Construction Manager, Joe, has also been fantastic, consistently updating us on the progress of our home build. He was incredibly detailed during the pre-construction meeting and made sure we clearly understood what to expect every step of the way. So far, we’ve had a great experience, and I see no reason why anyone wouldn’t give this new subdivision serious consideration when building their dream home. I will provide an updated review once we have moved in and have had sufficient time to fully evaluate the quality of the construction. But so far so great!!

  Our experience at Vista Ridge has been amazing, our sales rep Judy is amazing and full of energy. Has been great to work with and she has gone above and beyond on making us happy with our purchase.
