I lived at Enclave at 127th Apartments for 6 months recently and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great with access to freeways, shopping and hospitals. I moved from a different state and all the leasing process was done over phone /online. I would to thank Erica Gmiterek for ensuring a smooth and stress free process. It was very professional and helpful given we were moving from another state. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for clean, safe and in complex amenities like swimming pool, BBQ area & clubhouse.

I currently live at Enclave at 127th and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. The management team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. The community itself is quiet, safe, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly staff and neighbors. Pet friendly complex that actually enjoys seeing and loving on your pets. Spacious and comfortable apartments and honestly if you have an issue that are ON IT the second you put in a request or talk to a staff member. I’ve lived here for almost a full year and I don’t plan on moving for a while!

I moved into the Enclave apartments in December and the staff was super friendly and very helpful !! They made the moving process go so smoothly and also made me feel very welcomed !!
I love the property and absolutely love the clubhouse house and the 24 hour gym!! I can’t wait for the summer and for the pool to open!
I have a dog and they are very dog friendly. There is even a dog park inside the complex which makes it really nice for your dogs to play and to get some energy out!
The girls in the office are super friendly and very helpful! I needed help with setting up my rent and they jumped right in to help! The complex also has events , ex. there was a soup day, hot chocolate day , they have a book club, lots of fun things they offer !!
I am so happy that I have moved here and highly recommend ! It’s a nice place to call home 🏠!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Please look elsewhere. Beware. Don’t even tour. 0/10, don’t recommend.
The cabinets in my unit had chipped paint, the hot water never lasted long, and the apartment itself felt outdated considering the price they charge. These units are marketed as luxury, but in reality they do not reflect that standard. The leasing manager, Lauren, was often passive-aggressive in communication, which made interactions uncomfortable and frustrating. Also, if you ever fall on hard times financially, be aware that this complex moves very quickly toward court instead of trying to work with residents.
Another major concern was the way some tenants seemed to be treated differently. From my experience, it felt like white tenants were given more grace and assistance than minorities.Residents were also sent messages that felt excessive and controlling considering the high rent being paid. For example, we received the following text:
“If you still have any Christmas or New Year’s items up, please remove them by February 15th. We will be conducting a property audit on February 15th, and all décor must be removed to avoid potential monetary fines. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.”
Being threatened with fines over holiday decorations while paying overpriced rent felt unreasonable. There were also several quality-of-life issues. If you live in a building with attached garages, you constantly hear the garage doors opening and closing. Some neighbors smoke in their garages and the smell travels directly into the units. Pet owners also leave pet waste outside, which management does not seem to address effectively.
Another thing to be aware of: if you break your lease, the fee is around $6,000. In today’s economy, that is an extremely heavy penalty. Overall, living here was emotionally taxing, mentally draining, and physically exhausting. Considering the cost, the condition of the apartments, and the management experience, I would strongly encourage people to look elsewhere — especially minorities.
