Very accommodating and always keeping us well informed throughout the process. The Construction Manager, Joe, has also been fantastic, consistently updating us on the progress of our home build. He was incredibly detailed during the pre-construction meeting and made sure we clearly understood what to expect every step of the way. So far, we’ve had a great experience, and I see no reason why anyone wouldn’t give this new subdivision serious consideration when building their dream home. I will provide an updated review once we have moved in and have had sufficient time to fully evaluate the quality of the construction. But so far so great!!
