- DZDavid ZDec 28, 20251.0Horrible response time. I called and left emails over 2 months ago about an autopay issue that I had to figure out by myself. Then I got billed for my HOA dues 2 weeks early, and received yet another bill in the mail saying I owe money, which is impossible because I'm on autopay now. They NEVER call you back. Absolute joke of a business. The owner will reply to reach out to them, which I won't. They never respond, so why would I reach out? I would use another company if I had a choice.

Amber McCabe was our rep. She gave me false information about my dues, then said not to worry about it in an email that Associa has to do some rounding up to make a "variance" work with the budget and I would not receive a letter. Well, I received a letter in the mail with a 9 day due date, the very letter she said would not be sent. Associa will honeymoon you for 2-3 years, leave leave you on the side of the road despite having a contract.

I got a violation fine, explained my situation to Lynn and she was able to provide a one time exception.
