The online system for making Clubhouse reservations at Lakewood Trails for my tenant was difficult, but Katie quickly worked with us to smooth out the bumps and I think it will be much easier for everyone going forward :)

Customer service is terrible and if I could give negative stars I would. I tried to reserve our clubhouse for all day (11a -11p). I could only reserve an hour at a time. Then received an email confirming reservation BUT with the wrong times. I tried calling Associa but was told that I have to contact TownSq. TownSq told me I have to contact Associa. Frustrating and time consuming.
Horrible response time. I called and left emails over 2 months ago about an autopay issue that I had to figure out by myself. Then I got billed for my HOA dues 2 weeks early, and received yet another bill in the mail saying I owe money, which is impossible because I'm on autopay now. They NEVER call you back. Absolute joke of a business. The owner will reply to reach out to them, which I won't. They never respond, so why would I reach out? I would use another company if I had a choice.

Our HOA manager, Lynn Schubbe, is always quick to respond and very helpful.
