But now a days people are asking my friend to move to a different unit by paying more rent if there is a maintenance issue and people started working when we are inside and its minimum concern to shift them to a new unit when the ceiling work is going on. How come can they stay with all the dust? People here are very money minded and if a major problem comes to your unit they will work around you if questioned they will try selling their new units. Main thing the roads are worst than ever many big potholes which are not been covered for more than weeks. I am staying here from more than 3 years and this year they did not even clean the snow properly. Going from best to worst.
