While I do appreciate the fact that they are taking care of the roads and upgrading them, I do wish they had done it when it was warmer outside. It is even more inconvenient with the colder weather to have to walk further to our car, at least if it was warmer outside then the walk would have been pleasant and enjoyable.

This place will look for any way to fine you to line their pockets. Looks good on the outside but apartments are crap on the inside. That teamed with a maintenance team that does everything but fix the problem gives this place a big STAY AWAY.

They will keep your security deposit and they will lie and steal from you if they get the chance. They go into your apartment without notice. When you’re moving out they might go into your apartment and help move couches out before your lease is up but that’s okay because they just donated them for you. Emergency maintenance won’t answer your calls so if you have a problem you’re out of luck. If you want to enjoy living in an apartment complex prairie lakes might not be for you.
