  So far, so good! I just signed a new lease and am very excited about moving in. Stan has been wonderful through the entire tour and application phases. The management was very understanding of my current (or previous now) situation and worked with me to get my application approved after a couple roadblocks. I did struggle to get someone on the phone when I had a question about my application, but as soon as I sent an email I received a phone call the same day. Something I am not concerned about as I prefer emails, but does seem like something to note for those who prefer phone calls. After I move in, I will update and see if my rating still stands. I feel confident it will.

  Was very happy living there (relocated for work to another state) very spacious studio with extra storage space in large closet ! The location can’t get any better the Green line CTA a block away and downtown Oak Park as well. The office staff Stan was very helpful and friendly and move out was smooth. Few maintenance issues but they were able to fix them in a timely fashion. Would say if you need a studio this is it

  Amazing staff! I recently moved in towards the end of last December and anyone that has ever moved during the winter knows how inconvenient and stressful it can be. Moving is hard enough without having to deal with the snow. When I came to the Bryant I was greeted by friendly staff and a welcoming community. I couldn't have asked for a better property manger. Stan is and has been attentive and any question I've had day or night he's been there with an answer quickly to follow. Real quality customer service. I couldn't be happier. James and Rodney are also really hard working and efficient.

  Words can’t even describe how bad my experience was here. The management from day one was hard to reach and always gave me an attitude when I would call for questions. It is clear that the building is not well kept with there constantly being a bug infestation, back stairs that hardly look functional, a moldy smelling laundry facility, and more. I had my AC go out at the beginning of summer and they took over 2 months to repair it and tried to blame it on me. I spent several weeks continuously trying to get them to do something about it and was told by the property manager “at least it’s happy hour down the street why don’t you drink it off”. The property manager, Stan, has got to be one of the most disgusting and unprofessional boys I have ever spoken to. He would constantly disregard anything I brought up to him and will speak down to you. I tried telling them that I wanted to break my lease early and they told me “I’d like to see you try.” The only somewhat redeeming qualities about this place is the location, maintenance staff, and decent neighbors. Besides that I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone who was desperate to find housing.
