- ABAdonis BellDec 3, 20231.0I was denied an apartment because my landlord didn't reply back to them. After I paid the application fee. Then sent them check stubs showing I can afford the apartment. I live right across from the property they own on 75th and Saginaw. I already pay what they're asking for. Yet they passed me up.

The property is very well maintained, my neighbors are friendly and very nice. Communication is made extremely easy through the easy to use and access portal app. I'm a satisfied tenant.

What I like most about New Heights is the communication, monthly reporting, and timely responses to myself and my tenant’s inquires. This is how you know you have a good management company. A while back I scheduled for my contractor to do work at a property at 8am, upon arrival the tenant wasn’t home. I called the number to New Heights and left a voicemail, I followed up with an email and got a response from Mikia shortly after. Mikia was on vacation and replied to an email at 8am!

No one ever answers the phone, the property was dilapidated and they lack professionalism in all departments. There was a mice problem that the landlord was aware of yet never resolved along with many other issues no one bothered to acknowledge. I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to rent from this company.
