First and foremost, the leasing manager "Jackie", has gone above and beyond to have helped me call this place..... "HOME". She is responsive, patient, caring, understanding, and professional. The maintenance man Moe, lives onsite, so he cares "extra" about our little community. He always shows up when you need him and is very knowledgeable. The upkeep outside the complex is very well kept. I feel safe here. The rent is affordable. The neighbors are friendly. The River Walk is in my backyard. I'm grateful for everyone here and everything this place has to offer.

She was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. That being said, I absolutely loved the property! The location is very convenient, only a short drive to downtown Aurora and downtown Batavia. It's also located on a beautiful path along the Fox River. The units themselves were clean with new appliances and while split between two buildings, the laundry rooms had plenty of washers/dryers. They are also actively revamping and renovating! I am honestly sad I didn't give this place a shot - hopefully somebody who reads this does! I hope it lives up to its first couple impressions!

Moved back in for 1 year and manager told me to leave the carpet be , because it was over 15 years old and was going to be replaced. Didnt get my security deposit back because they said I didn't take care of the carpets. Very frustrating and I wish I had done more about it at the time. Have them WRITE DOWN what you need to do to get your deposit back....I felt robbed.
