First and foremost, the leasing manager "Jackie", has gone above and beyond to have helped me call this place..... "HOME". She is responsive, patient, caring, understanding, and professional. The maintenance man Moe, lives onsite, so he cares "extra" about our little community. He always shows up when you need him and is very knowledgeable. The upkeep outside the complex is very well kept. I feel safe here. The rent is affordable. The neighbors are friendly. The River Walk is in my backyard. I'm grateful for everyone here and everything this place has to offer.
