  We stayed in Views of Naperville from 2024 May to Feb 2025 and the quality of the apartment was horrible. They will paint the bathroom bath as well as wall to cover the extensive mold which is a health hazard and after 3 month of staying you can see it chipping everywhere, not to mention no exhaust fan either. Coming to the small kitchen which are german roach infested which is another health hazard and all the building apartment are actually infested with it even if they are remodeling but the pest control do not do anything to help because they spray a solution that does nothing to help with it..when they gave us the oven it was already damaged glass electric gas stove with burns everywhere and when we left told that we damaged it. They will charge tenants heavily when you leave making you pay 4000 to 5000 dollar extra even if you tell them 2- 3 months early and on top of that charge you extra. The corridor smells horrible with dog pee .this place is a loot . Please I ll not refer anyone to stay here.

  Very disappointed and dissatisfaction about this property manager. I left my car on the parking lot by the one of the entrance and my tires were stabbed by someone. The property manager didn't give any real solution, any discount on the rent because I paid $1k out of pocket due to this are special tires for off-road. On the contrary, they said we cannot do nothing for help. Thanks God I move out of here I'm really disappointed and you guys never answer the office numbers. The problem was not the freezing temps. The police report was filed as you mentioned Case# 9024-000057 Naperville Police Station. Your guys were very skeptical when I reported this. As you can noted on the pics there are two different puncture on tires both tires were on the right side. It's very unprofessional and unresponsive your poor answer without any solid base. Terrible customer service! Not recommended at all. I was victim vandalism in this property. Never happened in other ones I have been. They never did the minimum effort to help me.

  When looking for an apartment after selling my home I called in and spoke with Kailey. She went over all the pricing and was very descriptive of what the apartment could look like. Even thou I went a different way she was a very big help and calmed all my nerves about down sizing.
