They will paint the bathroom bath as well as wall to cover the extensive mold which is a health hazard and after 3 month of staying you can see it chipping everywhere, not to mention no exhaust fan either. Coming to the small kitchen which are german roach infested which is another health hazard and all the building apartment are actually infested with it even if they are remodeling but the pest control do not do anything to help because they spray a solution that does nothing to help with it..when they gave us the oven it was already damaged glass electric gas stove with burns everywhere and when we left told that we damaged it. They will charge tenants heavily when you leave making you pay 4000 to 5000 dollar extra even if you tell them 2- 3 months early and on top of that charge you extra. The corridor smells horrible with dog pee .this place is a loot . Please I ll not refer anyone to stay here.

The hallways are always dirty and smell bad, dogs are allowed to leave messes inside, and kids constantly run around knocking on doors. Parking is a nightmare even with a permit, there are rarely any available spots. On top of that, people throw eggs on cars, and management does nothing about it. Despite advertising amenities, there’s no proper gym or pool. Package are being stolen and stuff are left in the hallway like it’s a donation center making the building look really ghetto… When you call the office, they don’t address the problems. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere you’ll regret moving here.
