  Lived here for some years and if you’re looking for somewhere to rent in Naperville this is Definitely a nightmare! There is constant drilling noise from renovations being done, the elevator is SO old, the building is filled with MOLD , you can feel the cold through the walls and old windows, there’s always I mean always constant water shut off for hours through the day without being told in advanced, last year we had no heat for 2 days while it being negative degrees outside which caused my toddler to get sick, there was gas leaks several times, hallways smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, they redid the parking lot several times which cost so much inconvenience with parking, the laundry is always full and dryers never work! They are so over priced, you are better looking elsewhere your money will be worth. The past year was a headache dealing with an old apartment where something was always wrong with the building and units. The only thing renovated is the office, they raise rent yearly with doing absolutely no change to your unit, they don’t care about how others live or take inconsiderate all the inconveniences they cause.

  Went from paying only the electricity bill to now paying 200 dollars just on utilities (without electricity) and it depends on how much gas, sewer, trash, and water everyone else in the whole building uses which is unfair to others. And then a 10 dollar service fee right before paying 💔. Also increased rent by $500 in a span of 2 years which doesn’t make much sense because the buildings are so outdated.

  I’ve been living here for almost 3 years. I first moved into a 2 bedroom but had to go to a 1 bedroom after they wanted to increase my rent by almost $300 or so, plus the cost of utilities (which is crazy in itself). I’ve lived with no heat, mice, water being shut off a lot, and mold. My mom passed away last summer and I have been trying to get to move by my dad to help him (he’s 80 and out of state). They wanted me to give 60 days notice and pay $3000 up front. I understand I signed a contract but geez, no nothing for consideration. Just money hungry and sad people to have to deal with.
