- DTDastan TilegenovJan 25, 20261.0We are extremely disappointed with the overall quality of construction by Pulte Homes. From the very beginning, we have experienced serious issues. Our garage is leaking, which is completely unacceptable for a new home. Water intrusion is a major problem and clearly indicates poor workmanship and lack of quality control. For a company of this size and reputation, we expected much higher construction standards. Unfortunately, the build quality does not meet even basic expectations. These issues raise serious concerns about long-term durability and safety of the home. Based on our experience, we do not recommend purchasing a home from Pulte Homes. Buyers should carefully inspect everything and be prepared for ongoing problems. 01/25/2026
