  We are extremely disappointed with the overall quality of construction by Pulte Homes. From the very beginning, we have experienced serious issues. Our garage is leaking, which is completely unacceptable for a new home. Water intrusion is a major problem and clearly indicates poor workmanship and lack of quality control. For a company of this size and reputation, we expected much higher construction standards. Unfortunately, the build quality does not meet even basic expectations. These issues raise serious concerns about long-term durability and safety of the home. Based on our experience, we do not recommend purchasing a home from Pulte Homes. Buyers should carefully inspect everything and be prepared for ongoing problems. 01/25/2026

  My husband and I have been living in the community for about a month and love our new home and community. The home was well built, and there is a great warranty. Britta (Sales Agent) and Travis (Construction Manager) were great to work with and very responsive.
