- TGTasha Gaines3 days ago5.0My husband and I have been living in the community for about a month and love our new home and community. The home was well built, and there is a great warranty. Britta (Sales Agent) and Travis (Construction Manager) were great to work with and very responsive.
- JTJayesh ThakrarJun 13, 20255.0Closed our home in June 2025. Happy with the construction and smooth closing process. The construction team is helpful and responsive (especially Marco). Update on July 14, 2025 So after moving in, my doorbell stopped working. Apparently found out that we need to "buy" a subscription service from "Alarm.com" and the Pulte subcontractor/vendor was unresponsive. Its a shame that after spending a large fortune to buy a home, one is coerced into buying a service just to make the doorbell work! Reached out to Pulte executive management via email. Apparently my complaints did not ring a bell :( So home-buyers, beware!!
