- JWJames Walsh4 days ago1.0After having been ignored multiple times and this isn’t the first time this particular patio has been littered with feces in the doggie bags I have taken to write this review. It’s not only disgusting but poses a biohazard. The dumpster is less than 100 ft away. Not only is this on a main walkway it faces a lake and we pay a lot of money to live here to have to experience a sight like this. I’m disappointed in the offices neglect and maintenance as they walk by and choose to ignore it. I hope this will be addressed.

If you have any issues maintenance is very responsive and takes care of your needs immediately. They have resident events all the time to keep the community engaged, the property is well maintained, and there is ample parking is you have multiple vehicles. I definitely recommend this complex! PS Chelsea is always super helpful with a smile.
