  I had been a resident of Brookdale Lakes for the past year. This community is quiet, safe and well maintained. The grounds are beautifully landscaped year round. Hamida is the Assistant Property Manager who helped find the right apartment for me to call home. She is professional and knowledgeable. Hamida is a good listener. We spent time discussing what I needed in an apartment. Space and location were my main concern. Closet space, space for my large furniture pieces, and cabinet space in the bathrooms. More importantly, I needed an attached garage for my 21 year old car. Hamida is patient. She showed me an available apartment in a quiet area that met all of my needs. I truly appreciate Hamida for her input regarding apartment choices and accommodations Brookdale Lakes offers. Chelsey is the Property Manager of Brookdale Lakes. She is professional and knowledgeable. Chelsey is organized and a good communicator. She keeps residents informed. Chelsey resolves issues proactively. She is dedicated to the residents that she serves. Amenities are well maintained. Brookdale Lakes has an exceptional maintenance team. They are professional, courteous and are customer-focused. Request for repairs are usually addressed the same day (if possible), or within two days after receiving a request for service. Residents are contacted immediately if there will be a delay. If you are interested in a clean, safe and quiet community to live, try Brookdale Lakes. Ask for Hamida. She is a pleasure to work with!

  My experience here has been great and lived here for almost 2 years. The maintenance team, Pedro and Albert have been on top of things in repairs and service. They recently replaced a stackable washer and dryer just before the end of the year when things toward the winter time can prove a challenge. For the front office, Chelsey and Hamida have done a great job answering some of my questions pertaining to the environment and other things related to the unit. They also manage to keeping the environment clean as well as inside the buildings clean consistently.

  Just don't do it. This place is so bad - it may lure you with their showings, photos, etc. However, after being there for over a year we were extremally disgusted by a lot of things. First, when we moved, the apartment was dirty and lots of things did not work properly (they fixed about half of them). Second, the Hot Tub was closed for almost all our time there. Third, the management is rude and unprofessional. They love writing to you about fines, yet take no action when stuff is wrong on their end. Management treats the customers like children, there is yelling, there are threats of being fined - even for stuff you did not do. Also, they do not like to stick to the contract - note that the paragraph about being able to continue your lease on month-to-month basis is not executable. At first they told us they just wouldn't do it, then they threatened us with 150% rent. Worst apartment complex I had ever lived in.

  The management and maintenance team are always kind, friendly, and they immediately address any questions or concerns. The facilities are always kept clean and in good condition. Having the availability to work out or soak in the hot tub 24/7, and attending the residence events are much appreciated. Thank you to Hamida, Chelsey, and all the staff at Brookdale Lakes
