  This is a wonderful community, and I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The residents are friendly, and the commute is extremely convenient with the station nearby. There’s also a park close by, which is great for kids. The leasing staff, especially Lilia and Sarah, are very kind and helpful, and the manager, Justin, is equally welcoming and supportive. Overall, I truly enjoy living in this community.

  **BLACK MOLD** **ERRONEOUS CHARGES** **BEWARE** I could not emphasis this more - if you value your health and your money - steer clear of this apartment complex. We had black mold in our apartment due to poor caulking around the tub. Upon submitting a maintenance request, they cleared the request without taking action. Upon submitting a second maintenance request - they tried to charge us $50 to have the black mold removed. They finally removed the mold and redid the caulking, only to do a poor job such that the mold was bound to come back. We had several other maitnence requests go completely unattended to. For the first 6-8 months we lived here, we were grossly overcharged for our water usage and had to work continuously with the office staff to be reimbursed/ charged correctly. Upon moving out - we were nickel and dimed around every corner. Again, I could not recommend this place less. 0 stars. **EDIT** Bristol station responded saying “There was no black mold reported in the apartment”, and that is categorically false. We reported the black mold to the apartment complex property management team, and again, were initially ignored, and then they attempted to coerce us into paying a fee for the removal, despite the existence of the black mold being due to their negligent maintenance practices.

  As we move out, we just wanted to say a big thank you to Lilia for making our stay such a smooth and positive experience. Your professionalism, kindness, and quick assistance never went unnoticeable.We truly appreciated your responsiveness and help whenever we needed it. It made our time in this apartment comfortable and pleasant.

  I am living here since four months now and these months are great so far. Its easy to commute to the train from here. The best school district falls under here. The management staffs are very polite and co-operative specially JUSTIN and LILIA. The only thing is missing near by here is a Grocery Store, as all are after the Route 59 station ( nothing a management can do here, no negative on apartment side, since most of the societies are not next to the stores always, ). One suggestion to the management is if they can work on the Gym as its too small and with limited equipment's available. Thanks! Still one of the best Apartments near by !
