- RSResa StewJul 25, 20251.0The rent is sky high. Management is poor. Kids are playing in the hallways, running up and down the hall, yelling and screaming all the time. The upstairs neighbors are constantly stomping and banging on the floors, from early in the morning through the wee hours of the night, as if sex trafficking or sexual abuse is going on up there. I do not understand why they are never at work, or perhaps there are multiple individuals living in one apartment, or some mentally ill person who needs help. You complain and complain to management, but they do nothing. They will take your rent, but this is not a nice place to live. If you are considering living at Bristol Station, take my advice: go somewhere else where the rent is not as high, because this is highway robbery!

I moved out 1 month before my lease expired and was assured that the electric and water was turned off. Well here we are 3 months after I left and just now getting a bill from them. It’s not the money that is a problem, it’s the lack of communication and respect that this apartment has or it’s former residents. I would recommend looking over everything in your lease before signing her. Actually I would recommend just passing on this apartment all together.
