- KBKatelynn BouslogAug 16, 20221.0We began working with Chris Snyder for our home loan back in the Spring and was working with him to get our loan finalized so we could start making offers on houses. But he suddenly ghosted us. We called PNC to see if we could get in touch with him through their office. No one knew who he was and couldn’t find him in their system so they assumed he stopped working there. I made one more effort to try to get a hold of him. Customer service sent him a message and said if we didn’t hear from him soon to reach out again. We heard from him, so we at least knew he was employed with PNC still, but never heard from him again despite reaching out. We decided it was too much headache to try to keep our mortgage guy in contact with us to keep things moving so we went with someone else. Absolutely do not recommend PNC mortgage.
