As a realtor they listed on MLS available homes for a certain price. Say $374k. Then when you come in they say they have nothing available when you literally confirm the appt twice on the listed mls address. No one takes responsibility and blame shifts. Not very ethical or transparent in my opinion. My client toured it once on a Saturday and it was dead empty with the pushy sales lady Amy telling her she's so overwhelmed it was crazy busy. Then same thing today. Homes are flying off the shelves like its black Friday when its the slowest built and empty community. So in detail, no transparency and not ethical on what's listed on MLS.

We recently moved into our new construction home, and the experience has been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The quality and attention to detail throughout the house are outstanding—everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. From the open floor plan to the high ceilings and natural light, the layout makes the home both functional and inviting. The finishes are top-notch, with beautiful cabinetry, sleek countertops, and energy-efficient appliances that make everyday living easier and more enjoyable. The builder clearly took pride in their work, as even the small details—like trim, fixtures, and paintwork—are done to perfection. What impressed us most was the smooth process. The builder and team were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to buy this new construction home. It’s exactly what we hoped for and more—a place that already feels like home.

I would not recommend buying a home here. The only real positive about the community is its proximity to a very nice area for shopping and dining at big-name stores and restaurants. Otherwise, what we found is that many of the homes are placed pretty close together, most things are considered an upgrade (and very expensive ones at that), lot fees average $40-45k for a decent view (the few $25k we saw backed up to a wall), taxes are calculated at a whopping 4% (average for the state is 2.5-3%), and they require a MASSIVE deposit to even begin ($45k for financing, $65k for cash)! I also highly recommend viewing BOTH the model AND a quick move-in (at any new construction community) as the latter will provide a much better idea of the true quality you'll be getting. The quick move-in we viewed here had all kinds of gaps between the walls and floors, the basement had an absolutely horrible sewer smell, there was dried insulation or some other material cemented all over the basement floor, the slider door had no casing whatsoever, and the garage door is so narrow that you would have to pull your car in toward the center first and then adjust to the opposite direction just to make your car fit. Plus, the representative at the model largely ignored me and spoke directly to my mother for the majority of the visit, even though I would be contributing to all costs and living there, as well. All in all, for the astronomical prices they are charging, I don't feel it's worth it.
