Jenny was open and honest about the building process and what we should expect. David who we met at the pre-drywall appointment was fantastic. We went through everything and what to expect after the drywall went up. Bryan was awesome and he went above and beyond helping me with different questions. He was very patient and clear on what to expect.

Signed up for their "VIP" list months before open but was not contacted for the VIP grand opening where people were able to claim lots before competitive bidding was introduced. Sales rep acknowledged the oversight and said they weren't sure how I fell through the cracks. They didn't do anything to make it right and instead went to their robotic "demand is high" sales pitch. Tried to remain in touch for a few months. After multiple games, run arounds, and late updates that I had to figure out on my own, we decided it was too much of a hassle and walked away. After digging further into homeowner reviews in the surrounding Pulte communities, we feel that we dodged a lot of disappointment and headaches. This community was not for us but now we're happy in a custom home in Naperville. If you're looking for a better quality house and way better experience in Lemont, I highly recommend checking out local builders like Castletown Homes or Beechen and Dill. It was night and day talking with these builders and their homes were truly steps above in terms of quality.
