From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the Chicago market. They listened carefully to what we wanted for our family and guided us through every step with patience and expertise. What set them apart was how they handled the unexpected challenges when the developer became extremely difficult. Delays, last-minute demands, and communication breakdowns could have derailed the entire process, but David and Courtney stayed calm, advocated fiercely on our behalf, and worked tirelessly to keep the deal on track. They negotiated directly with the developer, coordinated with all parties involved, and never let us feel overwhelmed. Their dedication and problem-solving skills turned a stressful situation into a smooth closing. David not only helped us purchase our condo in Chicago, but we loved him so much that we had him help us sell our condo in Chicago 2 years later. He does amazing work.
