  Courtney Stach is 1 of 1 in west suburban residential real estate. Courtney listened and delivered on our must haves in a challenging market with little inventory. She represented us in the buyer and seller side and made sure we understood the market, options, what we needed to do to be ready for sale and a move. She made it easy and never pressured us during the process. We are repeat clients because she is the THE BEST at what she does while delivering excellent client service. Highly recommend!

  Courtney was the listing agent for my house. There is no one better to work with than Courtney; she knows the Chicago western suburb housing market inside & out, and she always goes the extra mile by providing suggestions that can enhance your home's sale value. I feel that she is a partner in the purchase or sale process. When it's time for my boys to move out into the burbs, I'm sure they'll go to her!

  I cannot thank Courtney for all the hard work she did to help us sell our house & then the endless hours she put in helping to get us out of the house we’d lived in for 26 years. We had accumulated so much “stuff” over the years, and she had endless resources to help us sort it, movers, and workers to get out of the house on time. She worked right beside us the whole way above & beyond her job. If that wasn’t enough Courtney helped us to find our next downsized home —a townhouse duplex in a gated community. We absolutely love it and appreciate all of Courtney’s time, talent and dedication to our journey. She treats you like family and takes special care of you like family. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
