I received a call the day i was supposed to tour the property asking if I could come earlier and if not i would have to reschedule for next week. I continued to receive reminder text messages about the appointment. I advised the appt was canceled and asked should I still come. I never heard back. I kept calling never to get anyone on the phone left a message, and I have yet for someone to return my call. Now I keep receiving messages and emails about the property smh you all are unprofessional. I can only imagine what it would be like living there, cant speak to anyone is crazy
- TDTorrence DelaneyAug 15, 20251.0Communication has gone down the drain, service is awful and you’re better off trouble shooting yourself. Insects are constantly in all rooms no matter how clean and clutter free you can be. The building has slowly been neglected.

I was instructed to wait by the pond (in 95 degrees) and someone would be there shortly. After 15 minutes, and the dumbest text conversation ever (maybe automated?) I left. I never met with anyone and they’ve had the nerve to keep asking me if I have any additional questions. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing and I’m not sure how many ways I can ask them to stop contacting me. But now they’re asking for input, so here it is!
