  DO NOT RENT HERE. i lived there for a year and it was nothing but horrible. i was given a base price of 1,485 for a one bedroom about 1,600 with utilities (price for about 3 months) that was about 620 square feet. it is small, the walls have been painted over MANY times that there were clumps of hair stuck in the paint, moldy shower tiles and brown gunk everywhere. There are bugs that continue to crawl out of various places even if you keep the space clean and organized. the kitchen is so tiny its like a hallway and is a pain to cook in The rent beginning about 3 months in up equaled to about 1,750-1,780 a month. We never got any answers as to why because it is so hard to reach anyone to talk to. they never respond to voicemails or emails. The water and heating is a combined and divided by how much is used between everyone in the complex and then divided by how many people are residing in your unit, so if someone wanted to run there water all day everyone is paying for it. Not even a week after being moved in the police showed up at our door for neighbors fighting over noise. We had upstairs neighbors you could hear stomping around at 3-4am in the morning and our neighbors to the right of us had dogs who would howl and bark for hours and you could hear them scratching at the walls. I watched a woman get into a physical altercation with a family member and stomp and scream and cry and then proceeded to chase her family member down as they drove away. The parking there is a joke. there is barley any parking spots available when it hits around 7pm. People will park on the sidewalk and behind cars to where you cannot enter or back out. Our heat broke also broke in the end of November and it took about 2 weeks to get a hold of someone/ maintenance to get it fixed. we had to buy 4 space heaters to keep us warm. the heating unit itself bangs and is louder then heck and there is no way to fix or avoid it. The washer and dryers that they have near the units are super small and nasty and smell like moldy water and there is always puddles downstairs due to how they drain them. I truly hope nobody rents from here. this place is nothing but money hungry and tries to strip you of all your money. Management is horrible, the units and location itself are a disaster.

  I submitted the maintenance request Monday morning and had the AC checked a few hours later same day. I also got a new AC installed same day. I appreciate the quick response to resolve the issue. I was worried about it for health issues. Thank you!

  I scheduled a viewing a wk in advance. I received a call the day i was supposed to tour the property asking if I could come earlier and if not i would have to reschedule for next week. I continued to receive reminder text messages about the appointment. I advised the appt was canceled and asked should I still come. I never heard back. I kept calling never to get anyone on the phone left a message, and I have yet for someone to return my call. Now I keep receiving messages and emails about the property smh you all are unprofessional. I can only imagine what it would be like living there, cant speak to anyone is crazy

  Communication has gone down the drain, service is awful and you’re better off trouble shooting yourself. Insects are constantly in all rooms no matter how clean and clutter free you can be. The building has slowly been neglected.
