  Courtney was the listing agent for my house. There is no one better to work with than Courtney; she knows the Chicago western suburb housing market inside & out, and she always goes the extra mile by providing suggestions that can enhance your home's sale value. I feel that she is a partner in the purchase or sale process. When it's time for my boys to move out into the burbs, I'm sure they'll go to her!

  My husband and I are seniors who, after a lifetime of independent living, decided it was time to sell our house and move closer to our son. We understood this would be a significant financial and emotional transition. From our first meeting with Courtney, we were impressed by her intelligence, knowledge, and experience. Her productivity numbers speak for themselves, but what truly stood out was her kindness, compassion, and personable nature. We liked her immediately and decided to work with her. During our preparation for listing, Courtney sent her skilled service team to update and repair our home, which made our lives so much easier! She worked tirelessly to promote the sale and, remarkably, attended every showing to communicate directly with potential buyers and their realtors, providing us with firsthand feedback about our position in the market. Thanks to Courtney's dedication and hard work, we received multiple offers in a short time. While exciting, it was also somewhat overwhelming. To help us evaluate the various offers, she created a color-coded Excel spreadsheet highlighting their advantages and potential issues, which made our decision much clearer. After a smooth and uneventful process, our sale closed successfully. We thought our journey was complete, but life had other plans. Shortly before closing, I experienced an acute health issue. Courtney immediately stepped in as a caregiver, visiting multiple times with food to ensure we were well-fed. She even participated in my medical decision-making like a family member and remained on call for all my medical needs. She also arranged for a home care person to assist us. Her kindness touched us deeply. We are profoundly grateful for Courtney's help, and this experience will remain in our hearts forever. We will miss her a great deal!

  I wish there was an option for 10 STARS! We have relied on Courtney's expertise for selling, buying AND finding tenants for our rental properties for years and she is everything you'd want in a realtor and more. She has a team to organize/prep/stage for showings, utilizes her professional network to get qualified applicants in the door, takes care of all the required documentation, and is knowledgeable, patient and supportive. As her client this has meant less stress for me because she makes the whole process seamless & easy. Highly recommend!

She listened to the client and then presented multiple perspectives for my family to consider. My mother’s condo was sold within 2 weeks! I would highly recommend this group!
