  Lisa is the best ! She is currently our real estate agent helping us look for a ranch in the northern suburbs. Though there isn’t a lot of inventory Lisa is always sending us any new properties that come on the market. She is always willing to show us properties whenever it’s convenient for us. Lisa was also my daughter’s real estate agent when she bought her house in Deerfield last year. There was very little inventory available but Lisa would always let my daughter know when something new was coming on the market. Not only would she get them into houses as they came on, but she guided them on how to buy in this complicated market. There were many offers on the table for the property my daughter bid on and of all the offers my daughters bid was chosen due to Lisa’s knowledge of how to make a great offer and her ability to negotiate. I completely would refer Lisa as an agent to anyone I know.

  Lisa did an excellent job representing us on our purchase of our new home in Highland Park and the sale of our house in Buffalo Grove. Throughout the process she demonstrated her knowledge, tenacity and problem solving skills. Lisa really went above and beyond in the purchase of our new home in HP. Due to the age of the home Lisa insisted that we have the sewer line inspected, which showed it needed to be replaced. Lisa and our attorney then negotiated that closing be delayed until the work was complete, with the seller bearing the cost which was substantial. Lisa then spent many hours working with the contractor and the City to facilitate the complex and protracted sewer line permitting process. This would normally be the homeowners responsibility, but since the seller had moved overseas Lisa took on this time consuming task. Then 5 months after going under the contract we discovered the basement had flooded when doing the pre-closing walk through. Lisa then spent hours working with the plumber, the inspector and other tradespeople to identify the source of the leak. It turned out drain tile was needed with the seller paying the majority of the cost as negotiated by Lisa and our attorney. After 6 months we finally closed and we are now happily living in our dream house thanks to Lisa's skill, persistence and hard work. Lisa was also effective in marketing our home in Buffalo Grove, where we realized one of the highest sales prices in the area within days of going on the market.Throughout the process we always felt Lisa had our best interest at heart and we recommend her without reservation.
