  I had a very positive experience with Gurnee Glen Apartments. The community stands out for its aesthetic appeal, convenient location, and overall accessibility. Everything is well maintained, and the property has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel comfortable and easy to call home. What impressed me most was the efficiency of communication and professionalism from the management team. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly and clearly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. During a transitional chapter in my life, their support and responsiveness truly meant a lot. Doris was particularly helpful—she was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Her willingness to assist and communicate clearly made a big difference in my experience. I truly appreciate the support I received and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed property with a great location and professional staff.

  My husband and I recently visited Gurnee Glen while searching for a new apartment, and we had an excellent experience thanks to Rosemary Rojas. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Rosemary took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made us feel genuinely valued as potential residents. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out, and she made our visit a pleasant and stress-free experience. We greatly appreciate her assistance.
