- A4Animefreak 4life6 days ago5.0I cant say enough how much i love and appreciate Mr. Johns great inspection! amazing work, very honest, attention to all details and will talk to you, so you can learn and understand what he's doing. Used him for a pre purchase home inspection and Mr. John went above and beyond to make sure this home was thoroughly inspected. Unfortunately the home was in very bad shape but we wouldn't have known otherwise without his knowledge. We'll be calling him again with hopefully a better home to inspect and for any future home dealings. THANKS MR JOHN!!!!

John had radon testing installed a day before, ran the furnace and a/c while also testing the appliances and scoping the sewer line. His eye for detail caught things we would not have recognized, such as the vinyl siding that warped from the sun. He explained everything thoroughly and let us know that there was no need to purchase new siding that would also likely ripple as we enjoy our new sun room.
