We ended up 30k above asking for the sale and 20k below asking on the purchase. This was in a tough market where we expected to get less than asking and pay above list. Ryan masterfully curated both deals so we could make a non-contingent offer and trade houses without having to move twice or be homeless. Beginning to end we listed and were in our new house in 6 weeks. The experience far exceeded any expectations our family could have dreamt up. 10 out of 5 stars!

The house was dated with paint and wallpaper and Mr. Carney gave us a great lead on a painter which prepped the house before we started showing it. We got our asking price from the new owner. The house sold in less than 30 days and in Cook County in Suburbs of Chicago. He kept us informed every step of the way and negotiations went smooth. One person dropped out of the bidding and he went back to a second person that was interested in that second person actually bought the house. So again, Mr. Carney’s diligence and expertise and professionalism gave us incredible service. We’re so happy five stars baby.
