  When I submitted an application, I worked with Kayta Bonilla. The process was very confusing and misleading. The rental conditions or criteria was not written in application such as length of time since bankruptcy filing or having a minimum credit score or length of time since past judgements or evictions. I received an email from Kayta to expect an email from Obligo, which I never did recieve an email from a 3rd party company called Obligo, when I called to inform her I did not recieve the email, she stated I was not eligible and I asked for reasoning and she stated to call back when Manager is available. No written justification, on eligibility for Obligo. I was denied an opportunity or reasoning to apply for application through Obligo. Then I went ahead completed alternative application to suffice the Obligo and was not provided written justification on my most recent application. The screening provider did not provide conditions of my initial approval letter, which allowed discretion of approval/denial from the property owner/manager. I felt I was treated unfairly and will be consulting with fair housing authorities based on thier practices.

  We love our apartment. Service calls are answered swiftly and efficiently. Management reps are kind and polite. No issues as far as we can see!
