- AAAngieJul 5, 20181.0I reached out to a loan officer to get information about being pre-approved for a home loan and that I would be a first time home buyer. Sent him all info that was needed and I still haven't heard anything back and it's been about 3 weeks. We went back and forth a few times but after I sent all the information that was needed I never heard back. Horrible customer service. If you don't want my business fine but just let me know. I already found a different mortgage company and have someone in working with. Thanks anyways though
