  Nickel and Diming all the time and they're never willing to help even though they say "reach out"...its so fake and all about the bottom line for them

  I would not recommend Ellison Apartments to anyone. My experience here has been extremely frustrating. Management is difficult to communicate with and issues that tenants bring up seem to take forever to be addressed, if they’re addressed at all. The level of professionalism from the staff is disappointing and it often feels like residents’ concerns are ignored. The building and units are not maintained the way they should be for the amount of rent being charged. For the price, you would expect better upkeep, better communication, and more respect for tenants. Overall, living here has been a negative experience and I regret choosing this place. I strongly suggest people look at other apartments before considering Ellison.

  These are the worse apartments out there I recommend no one go there the management is the worse and there highly disrespectful.

  Just too mean to want to risk being stuck here for 6 months or more. Of course I'm going to ask questions and want it all in writing, I'm the one on the hook.

  Well kept community spaces and the apartments are beautiful. However, the rent is expensive for the area and you can find better deals. Plus, despite being a "luxury apartment," it feels like you get nickel and dimed for every little thing.
