  Be very careful with this group. I was a prospective tenant and Frontline showed extremely poor communication, they tried to scam me, and they have limited knowledge about their properties. I went to my first walkthrough and the broker offered no insight beyond the listing, couldn’t answer questions, and was on his phone the whole time. Perhaps he was researching the property but given the lack of information I doubt it. He had zero knowledge about the process for opening a business in that particular town and could care less to learn. I am a small business owner and I was negotiating the LOI on my own and waiting to involve my attorney until the lease. But once I caught wind of a scam in the LOI, I found a tenant broker to review it. We sent back changes and, surprisingly, Frontline agreed to all of the changes (which were my previous requests) because I clearly had someone review the document. Communication from the Frontline broker became rude and short after he realized I enlisted help. He became offensive and disrespectful via email at one point and I requested to speak with someone else. No one from Frontline contacted me again despite my request. If you are a tenant, make sure you have broker representation if you are working with Frontline or they will try to scam you. If you are a property owner, find an agency with integrity and communication skills, Frontline has neither.

  Unsolicited non-stop calls that verge on harassment. Have never requested their services and would never because of the harassment.

  Very very negative experience. The other reviewer is correct with the “delusional” assessment.
