- AZAlexandra ZawadaFeb 28, 20265.0I had the pleasure of living in a 1 bedroom apartment here for 2 years & I highly recommend! - Staff was truly perfect. I always appreciated the ample notice for scheduled maintenance; I travel and am not home on a set schedule so the lead time helped me make sure that I could be home. - Zero issues with packages, delivery, buzzer. - Zero noise issues. You can hear neighbors when you’re in the hallway, but not in your apartment. - I was able to walk to and from the metra everyday without any issue. One of the biggest perks! - It’s expensive living here but it’s standard price for a luxury type building. I am moving back to the city for personal reasons. Otherwise, I would have continued to reside here. Thank you for having me! Some context in case it helps for some of the more negative reviews: - Irondel is a gem. Hard-working woman who has the patience of a mother. 🫶 I dislike seeing folks diminish her work because she “doesn’t smile enough”. Let’s be kind. - Parking is tough; however, management is transparent about it upfront & you know what you are getting into. I was lucky and had a paid parking spot which folks would park in all the time. My biggest (& only?) gripe was that my neighbors would constantly park in my spot & put me in a frustrating position of deciding if I should just “wait it out” or request they be towed. Fortunately I never had to ask for someone to be towed, but I do not fault others for doing so. It’s frustrating.

- DDDavidFeb 1, 20253.0I signed up for a smoke free facility and that has yet to be enforced properly. It is in the lease agreement that there is no smoking 100tf from each building but I will come home and it will smell like weed, pipe smoke, or cigarettes. Aside from that, the facility is nice and the maintenance staff is very hardworking
